1: Post things in the right section. Seeing as there are only a handful of them, this shouldn't be hard. Especially don't post crap (flame wars, bland trolling, drama, spam, forum games, etc.) outside of the aptly named crap section.
2: Don't do anything against the law or the host's ToS. The host's ToS, after taking out the parts already covered by US law, (which you should already have at least a basic understanding of, whether you live in the US or not) boils down to "no porn."
